Chantal is a highly respected leader in the healthcare industry, with over 20 years of management experience, including 15 years dedicated to healthcare. At Catalys Health Strategy, she leverages her extensive expertise to help hospitals and health networks drive transformation, innovation, and performance improvement. A data-driven executive, Chantal is committed to delivering measurable results through strategic planning and effective change management.

Before joining Catalys Health Strategy, Chantal held several senior executive roles, including Vice President of Healthcare Transformation at Healthtech Consultants and Vice President of Customer Excellence at LGI solutions. Her career also includes leadership positions at LGI solutions, the Integrated Cancer Center of Montérégie (CICM), and the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal, where she contributed many years of dedicated service.

Chantal has demonstrated exceptional skills in managing an array of strategic projects and initiatives – such as the provincial salary retroactivity and bonuses as well as the deployment of the primary care access point solution. Her background in nursing and IT governance, alongside her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt designation, enhance her professional experience and provide her with the necessary tools to effectively guide clients towards project success.

Her versatility and leadership are reflected in how she manages teams andperformance improvement initiatives, contributing to the success of CatalysHealth Strategy, with her partner Stéphane Brossard.

When not fulfilling her role of Chief Strategy Officer, Chantal finds balance by spending time in nature with her family and her two dogs.
