Stéphane and Isabelle are deeply committed to the digital transformation of Quebec's healthcare and social services network. They co-founded Plakett Santé Numérique in 2022, a consulting firm specializing in digital transformation.

Currently President of Plakett Santé Numérique, Stéphane brings many years of experience in healthcare, both in the private and public sectors. He has held various positions, including Director of Operations and Executive Director of Software Implementation within the private sector. He has also been heavily involved in the public sector, even serving as Deputy General Manager at the Ministry of Health and Social Services during the height of the pandemic. During this time, he played a key role in the creation and implementation of new ministerial assets that facilitated the management of outbreaks, vaccination, and vaccine passports.

Isabelle, CEO of First Line in Health and co-founder of Plakett Santé Numérique, a trained nurse and an innovator at heart, actively contributes to improving frontline and primary care. As President of the Health Committee of the Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec and former CEO of the Association des cliniques médicales du Québec (ACMQ), Isabelle is actively involved in the business community and the circle of healthcare leaders. She is highly regarded as an advisor by stakeholders in both the private and public sectors of Quebec's healthcare and social services ecosystem.
